BioniCare customer care

The Bracing Experts ™ provide outcome support services to Physicians and Customers.

BioniCare® is the first non-drug, non-invasive treatment for osteoarthritis of the knee. We want to ensure that your experience with BioniCare® and The Bracing Experts™ is positive. We are committed to leaving a lasting improvement on the quality of your life.

Key Physician services include:

  1. Scheduled in-office demonstrations
  2. Optional Patient Progress & Usage Reports

Key Customer Services include:

  1. In-store Consultation by a trained BioniCare representative
  2. Toll-free & Email Customer Service Help
  3. Progress and usage reports
  4. Technical and Warranty support

We support you through the entire process of obtaining and using a BioniCare® Knee System. Below are the comprehensive details of our BioniCare Customer Care Program:

  • Physician information kit will be sent to you in order to discuss and review with your doctor
  • In-store consultation which includes education, fitting and instruction
  • Patient Progress Reports:
    • Every 30 days for the first three months
      (Note: These reports are submitted to your physician)
  • Patient Surveys & Follow ups:
    •Every 90 days for the next 9 months
  • Warranty Follow ups:
    • Every 6 months for the following year

Follow ups are designed to increase patient satisfaction & compliance, re-educate on device use, re-order electrodes and handle all warranty items.
